Lotus LSR100 Sanitizing System Review

 

I hate cleaning with chemicals, and it's not too often that I do, but I still like to use bleach and a couple of bleaching products every once in a while. I'm always looking for a new greener way to clean and I think I have found the perfect solution to all of my problems: The Lotus Home Cleaning System.

The lotus® patent technology infuses cold tap water with an extra oxygen atom, creating a natural sanitizer. By passing air through 4,500 volts of electricity, the lotus® system splits oxygen molecules into atoms and forces this extra atom to combine and form liquefied ozone. The third oxygen atom becomes the sanitizing agent, a natural oxidant -- which kills bacteria and viruses, and neutralizes pesticides.

You just add water! How cool is that? All you need to do is fill the bottle with cold water, place on the base and hit start and the magic begins and you have yourself an excellent way to kill germs. It only takes about two minutes to get to the sanitizing process, which lasts fifteen minutes but you can clean with it for an hour. Another cool feature is that there is a countdown timer that lets you know when it is time to recharge. 

What I used a lot was the bowl attachment. I  just filled that with water, threw my apples in there and in about four minutes, it was bacteria and pesticide free. Did you know that just washing your produce is not good enough? That its pretty rare that you get everything? That fact has always bothered me but now with my lotus, I don't even give it a second thought. It even makes your produce last four times longer, which saves you money!

For all you mothers or soon to be mothers out there: this lotus is a must have. Not only will it sanitize pacifiers, but bottles, toys and the high chair! Anything is possible with the lotus.
