There are three treats that I can’t get enough of: chocolate, peanut butter, and Skor bars (I love the toffee center). Today I combined all three and came up with this recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge with a Crunchy Toffee Topping. The best part? It only takes 3 minutes and there is no baking or use of an oven at all, just three minutes and a microwave.

Seriously though, chocolate peanut butter fudge + Skor, maybe I should be calling this the PMS Tamer or another PMS Buster. There is something so sinful and decadent about this combination.

I can’t get enough of it.

It is a very rich recipe, but it’s so addicting. This chocolate peanut butter fudge is a great gift for the holidays for your kid’s teachers, your neighbors, your service providers, or maybe just a gift for you to help you get through the holidays.

I made a little YouTube video on the method to this madness. I hope you enjoy it. The actual recipe is below.

  1. Mmmm. I’m not a huge toffee fan BUT I definitely like peanut butter and chocolate. I feel so sorry for those with a peanut allergy, that they have to miss out on this.

  2. Oddly enough today I wrote about my history for baking disasters, but I think I could pull this one off! It sounds so simple and your video clinched it for me Randa! I gotta try this. 🙂
