    I completely agree that the quality of vanilla affects the outcome of food. Personally I love Trader Joe’s vanilla “paste”. 🙂

  7. I think this would be wonderful in snow ice cream, and would also be wonderful in my Great Grandma-Allen’s Pecan Pie recipe…I know you can really tell when a lesser vanilla is used!
