25 Best 21 Day Fix Breakfast Ideas

If you’ve been following The Bewitchin’ Kitchen over the last few years, you know I’m a big believer in the 21 Day Fix. So much so, I even made a guide on how to get started with it on your own. Essentially, it’s a nutrition and exercise plan that will help you get back on track in just 3 weeks. I’ve personally had great success with it, and I can’t help but want to share my tips and tricks for following it!

I’ve already talked about my favorite 21 Day Fix snack ideas and lunch recipes, and today I want to talk about what you can make for breakfast! Below you’ll find the best 21 Day Fix Breakfast Ideas, including some of my own recipes as well as dishes that I curated from around the web.

21 Day Fix Breakfast Ideas

I’ll be honest — I’m not a huge breakfast person. I typically don’t eat it…at least not first thing in the morning. Instead, I usually have something to eat after I start working (which is about 10 am). I don’t eat anything huge, usually a smoothie that follows the 21 day fix eating plan.

TBK’s Pro Tip: Almost anything can be 21 Day Fix approved if you keep accountable and track the appropriate container’s worth. Keep in mind serving size and what you’re planning on eating the rest of the day.

That means it’s easy to take everyday recipes and turn them into healthy recipes!

Frequently Asked Questions About 21 Day Fix Breakfast

Is Oatmeal on 21 Day Fix?

Yes, oatmeal is on 21 Day Fix and is considered a yellow container. If you’re totally unfamiliar with the eating plan, you use portion-controlled and color-coded containers to measure your food. I personally find this system to be so helpful, especially in terms of portion control. When the 21 days are through, I find I’m more mindful of how much I’m serving myself.

What Foods Are Allowed on the 21 Day Eating Plan?

You can enjoy almost any unprocessed food on the 21 Day Fix. This includes vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, seeds, carbs, and healthy fats. As you can see from the variety of recipes above, it’s not very restrictive. All you really need to do is focus on whole foods rather than processed ones. It’s a wonderful reset program!

Can You Eat Eggs on 21 Day Fix?

You can, and I would encourage you to do so! According to the program, 2 eggs are equal to a single serving of protein. They’re hearty enough to fill you up, but they won’t make you feel sluggish after eating. There are several breakfast ideas with eggs above to try.
