Maple Praline Cheeseball

I will never forget my first praline, it actually wasn’t until I was an adult and IĀ had some at Bass Pro Shops. I have been hooked everĀ since. I’m a sucker for buttery brown sugar flavour with a hint of cinnamon.

You guys are going to love this maple praline cheeseball.

Triscuit Coating for Cheeseball
With the sweet, soft inside of the cheeseball I knew I wanted the outside to be crunchy (I think that’s standard with cheeseballs, or am I wrong here? I’m new to the cheeseball game). To achieveĀ the crunch (while maintaining the praline theme) I opted to use pecans and Triscuit Nutmeg & Cinnamon.

I’ve been buying Triscuit’s for as long as I remember (I love dipping them in hummus) so when I was asked to partner up with them and create a fall-inspired snack, this was an easy call on my part! As fun as it is to partner with new brands and create something delicious, I love it even more when I can play with ingredients I already know I love.

Triscuit Nutmeg Cinnamon

Triscuit has released a Limited Edition flavour: Nutmeg and Cinnamon. I love that my favorite fall and winter flavours (cinnamon and nutmeg) are combined together! I’m already thinking about how else I can serve these crackers up during holiday parties (aside from the dessert cheeseball), but Triscuit recommends the following:

Triscuit’s suggestion: Serve Triscuit Nutmeg & Cinnamon at your holiday party topped with sweet potato, apple slices and candied pecans, or enjoy this festive snack in front of a nice, cozy fireplace. ā€˜Tis the season, after all!

Don’t forget to run to the store and grab a box (or three) of Triscuit Nutmeg and Cinnamon. They’re available only for a limited time and trust me you want the buttery and aromatic crackers for that little something extra for this dessert.
