Udi’s Gluten Free Granola & Recipe Gluten Free Pumpkin Parfait

I’m a sucker for granola. Whenever I have it in my house, it’s gone fast (much to the displeasure of my waist line). I was recently send Gluten Free Granola by Udi’s and I my taste buds have been thankful ever since.
Udi’s Gluten Free is the #1 gluten free brand for baked goods. Many of you may have heard of Udi’s Gluten Free Bread, it was the first GF bread that tasted and had the same consistency of regular bread. I, personally have never tried their bread but I have seen it in many of the grocery stores I shop at, which is great to know that it’s a common household name.
One of my favorite facts about Udi is that all of their products contain NO artificial ingredients and have very little preservatives.

I’m going to start with the Original Granola, which happened to be my favorite. My preferred granola/cereal has raisins in it, which this included but it also had so much more (like dehydrated bananas). I “reviewed” this cereal at least once a day and loved how this tasted. I was expecting all the granola to taste awful, like most gluten free products, but it was the best granola I have ever tasted.

I’m currently savoring a bowl of the cranberry granola right now. I love this one. The cranberries add a tart and sour addition to the granola, which is a flavor that I’m drawn to. I let this sit in my almond milk for a couple minutes before I devour it and it leaves a delicious flavor.

This one just includes granola, but flavored with vanilla. This is an all round crowd pleaser, have you ever met someone who didn’t like vanilla? This would be delicious in baking, apple crumble comes to mind.

Loaded with natural caramelized flavor, crunch and uncluttered taste, our gluten-free granola is perfect for breakfast or as a snack. We source local Colorado honey, which provides the right.
The Gluten Free Au Natural Granola is another great addition to baking (muffins anyone?) but I love it as a cereal on it’s own or to add 1/4 cup to my regular cereal choices. It fills you up, but it tastes so good you want more (even when you’re bursting).
