Peanut Butter Dip
Calling all peanut butter lovers! This cream cheese dessert dip is heaven on earth. Goes great with apples or shortbread cookies. I love the crunch of the skor topping too.

- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsps brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsps toffee bits
- Caramel drizzle
Whip up the whipping cream and powdered sugar in a mixer on high speed.
Once the whipped cream is fluffy, break apart the cream cheese and add a little bit at a time on medium speed.
Add the peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Whip on a higher speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into a bowl, top with caramel and toffee bits, serving with apples and cookies.
