Instructions
Add your chicken breasts into the slow cooker and top with the bell pepper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients (aside from the peanuts).
Pour over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Garnish with cilantro and peanuts.
