Ingredients

Instructions
Peel and chop potatoes into bite size pieces.
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
Peel the carrot and chop it into small pieces.
Cook it in boiling water or steam.
Drain potatoes and carrots and place them in a large bowl.
Chop celery sticks into small pieces.
Add all ingredients to the large bowl and stir.
Refridgerate for an hour.
