Servings 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tsps dill
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 6 chicken breasts
In a large glass bowl (or resealable bag) combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs.
Add the chicken and ensure it's covered with the marinade.
Top with plastic wrap, lid, or seal the bag and marinate for at least two hours (I like to give it the day).
