  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tspsĀ  dill
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 6 chicken breasts


  • In a large glass bowl (or resealable bag) combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs.
  • Add the chicken and ensure it's covered with the marinade.
  • Top with plastic wrap, lid, or seal the bag and marinate for at least two hours (I like to give it the day).


  • Heat the grill to medium and add the chicken.
  • Cook for 8 minutes per side (depending on the size of the chicken breast) or cook until juices run clear.
