  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 2 cups spreadable cream cheese
  • 12 slices prosciutto


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Slice the top off the baby bell peppers and then slice them in half. Seed them.
  • Spoon the cream cheese into the bell peppers and spread smooth.
  • Cut the prosciutto in half and wrap each pepper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
