Iced Maple Pumpkin Spice Latte

This healthy pumpkin spice iced latte is made with maple syrup, canned pumpkin, almond milk, and is a clean eating version and much healthier than Starbucks.

  • 1/2 cup coffee chilled
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk almond milk or skim works too
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree or 3 tbsp if you're not overly excited about pumpkin like me
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups ice

Optional toppings

  • Whipped Cream
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Maple Syrup


  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Top with whopped cream, pumpkin pie spice and 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup.
