Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 tbsp cold water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 and spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  • Combine ingredients in order of the list in the mixer.
  • Place batter in a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake 50-60 minutes or until you can poke it in the middle with a knife and it comes out clean.
  • Let cool.
