Simple Banana Bread Recipe

- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 bananas mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 tbsp cold water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Pre-heat oven to 350 and spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Combine ingredients in order of the list in the mixer.
Place batter in a greased loaf pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until you can poke it in the middle with a knife and it comes out clean.
