Equipment

  • 1 Pressure cooker
  • 2 silicone eggs molds
  • 1 trivet
  • Tin foil

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Prep the Instant Pot and molds: Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside. Spray the egg bite molds with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Mix the meatballs: Combine ground beef, ground pork sausage, panko, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl with clean hands.
  • Divide the blended meat mixture between the prepared molds. Cover each mold with tin foil and stack them on the trivet in the pot.
  • Cook: Set the Instant Pot for 35 minutes on high pressure. Once cooked, use quick release to let out the pressure.
  • Carefully lift out the molds using the trivet handles. Let the meatballs cool for 5 minutes before removing.
  • Serve: Serve warm, brushed with ketchup or with ketchup on the side for dipping.
