Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/4 tsp  ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsps molasses
  • 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces steamed cashew milk or other dairy-free alternative

Instructions

  • In mug add the ginger, cinnamon, molasses, vanilla, and cashew milk.
  • Mix together and steam with the De'Longhi Dedica Deluxe.
  • Brew espresso, and pour in the gingerbread milk (using a spoon to reserve the foam).
  • Spoon foam on top.
  • Top with additional cinnamon.
