This maple pecan praline cheeseball is a must have Christmas party appetizer. Sweet maple syrup, cinnamon, and crunchy pecans make this holiday cheeseball a favorite. Serve this delicious dessert dip with cinnamon crackers and fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup pecans crushed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Crunchy Coating

  • 1 cup Triscuit Nutmeg & Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Sprinkles/decoration of choice

Instructions

  • Add all of the cheeseball ingredients in a mixer and beat until well blended, about 1 minute.
  • Add the mixture to a large sheet (you may have to use two overlapping) of plastic wrap. Lift the sides of the wrap to form the cheesecake mixture into a ball and twist. Refrigerate¬†for an hour, or until firm.
  • Add the Triscuits, pecans, and brown sugar into a blender and pulse until crumbs, pour onto a plate.
  • Take out the cheeseball and roll over the crumbs.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup and service with low sodium and Nutmeg and Cinnamon Triscuits, along with fruit.
