  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • Water enhancer of choice Dasani, Mio, etc


  • In a small bowl whisk together the hot water and gelatin. Whisk until it's completely dissolved.
  • Add the cold water and water enhancer and stir.
  • Pour into mini shot glasses, or leave in a bowl for a quick and healthy snack.
