Vegan Veggie Tots
For this recipe you will need a small red bell pepper, potatoes, brussels sprouts, smoked paprika, garlic cloves, shallots, olive oil and salt and pepper.
Chop up potatoes and steam them until they are soft.
While you steam your potatoes, over medium-low heat, sauté garlic, shallots, and bell pepper.
Add grated brussels sprouts and combine all ingredients by hand.
Bake and enjoy!
