Baileys Buttercream Frosting
This Baileys Buttercream Frosting recipe is something I have been wanting to work on for over a year. It’s been sitting in my “future post ideas” folder on Wunderlist forever. I finally got around to doing it, and it’s a keeper.
Seriously why did I wait this long to make it?
This frosting is creamy and spreads beautifully over cake. Using Baileys Irish Cream instead of whipped cream keeps it smooth but adds a bit of a bite, making this buttercream a new guilty pleasure. It’s my new favorite buttercream recipe!
