A Practical Approach To Healthy Eating
For the majority of the time I watch what I eat. I am that person who measures everything that goes into my mouth, you have to to understand the calories you are consuming vs the calories you are burning. It’s really the only way to lose/maintain/gain weight.
That is why I love my Eat Smart Nutrition Scale. With the simplicity of the Eat Smart scale, weighing your food has never been easier. If you are looking to live a healthier lifestyle how are you going to know how much 3-4oz of chicken breast is without a food scale? Its also handy with baking. If you find a recipe from the UK it will be in grams, and I don’t have the patience for running conversions so I just pop it on my food scale and voila! It’s done!
