All of these 21 day fix snacks look delicious! I LOVE roasted chickpeas, so I’ll be making those first.

  2. No Bake Cookies – The two words “no bake” sold me. I love effortless snacks!
  3. Sriracha Deviled Eggs – An easy spin on deviled eggs.
  4. Frozen Blueberry Bites
  5. Baked Coconut Shrimps
  6. Grape Walnut Salad
  7. Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Bowl – I have this often as a delicious and healthy snack, or a breakfast.
  8. Asian Lettuce Wraps
  9. Garlic, Rosemary, and Parmesan Popcorn
  10. Pesto Greek Dip – I bring this to every party and it’s always a hit. It’s also a great healthy option to bring if you’re not sure what food will be there.
  11. Sweet Potato Chips
  12. Avocado, Arugula, and Tomato Toast
  13. Spinach and Artichoke Dip
  14. Chocolate Shakeology Bars – Another delicious and no-bake snack. I used mini silicone molds for the example, but you can also shape these into balls.
  15. Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt
  16. Parmesan Fries – Delicious and homemade fries are a fun side for any dinner, or just as a simple snack.
  17. Crispy Garlic Bread Chickpeas 
  18. Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls – I was sold when I read peanut butter!
  19. Apple Cider Doughnuts 
  20. Avocado Ranch Dip
  21. Roasted Garlic and Avocado Toast
  22. Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
  23. Roasted Cauliflower Dip – This is such a delicious way to get more vegetables into your meal plan! Make a big batch and snack on it throughout the week.
